Follow these steps to ensure a successful event:

All guests must enter at Main and High Street.

You will need to provide someone to work a reception table in the Main and High vestibule to greet your guests, check them off a list and provide anyone who does not have a UB card with a name tag so that security knows to allow them in the facility.

If your guests have have UB identification, it should be visible at all times.

Once the check-in is complete, provide your list to our security desk. Our security team needs to know who is in the facility.

Three Pillars Catering's services include menu planning, event site locations and coordinations, professional event staffing, and event execution.

They provide full-service catering to the Jacobs School.

You need provide someone to to meet your outside caterer at Main and High and escort them to your event location.

Hale Northeastern provides rental service for tables, chairs, poster frames and easels.

Additional security guards may be requested; the cost is $24.99 per guard/per hour.

We have a loading dock that can accomodate most shipping/receiving needs.
