The Council on Inclusion in Medicine and Science develops strategies and programs to support the diversity and inclusion at the Jacobs School.
The Council, first established in 2013, has served as an advisory board to the Office of Cultural Enhancementand Inclusion and is charged with overseeing the implementation of the Jacobs School Diversity Strategic Plan.
Council members in the executive and associate committees include faculty, staff, residents, postdoctoral scientists and students serving to promote diversity and inclusion schoolwide. These committees are:
