If you are a search committee chair, we ask that you contact us before your search begins so we can schedule a diversity dialogue with your committee members to review search plans, discuss issues related to diversity and inclusion, and provide training and resources. 

Among other topics, we may discuss:

  • national demographics for the position/discipline
  • the advantages of an open position description
  • expanding your advertising and outreach
