Happy Thanksgiving with leaves in the background.

Dear Jacobs School Community,

As we gather to celebrate this season of gratitude, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to each of you for your dedication, compassion and support of our mission. This Thanksgiving, let’s remember the profound impact we can have on others through our actions and our care.

At the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo, we believe in the power of community and the importance of supporting one another. In the spirit of the holiday, let’s also embrace the concept of “food as medicine” and the importance of health equity. The meals we share not only nourish our bodies but also foster connections and healing.

Partnering with our community to transform health care in Western New York, we are committed to addressing health disparities and ensuring that everyone has access to the care they need. Let’s work together to create a future where health and well-being are attainable for all.

Thank you for your commitment to helping others. Wishing you and your families a joyful and healthy Thanksgiving!

Warm regards,
