This award recognizes a training program administrator who exhibits superb skills in the management of a residency or fellowship training program and contributes in a positive way to the learning environment of residents and fellows.
Training Program Administrators who are responsible for the management of a residency or fellowship training program sponsored by the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences with three or more years of experience in GME are eligible.
A minimum of three narratives must be submitted.
The nomination should address each item listed in the award criteria (100 words or less for each item) and cite examples to support each criteria statement.
Submissions that do not cite examples of each of the items (1-6 noted above in the award criteria) cannot be considered.

An award of $900 will be granted to an exemplary candidate restricted to registration at or travel to a national meeting or may be used toward tuition fees for an enrolled degree program. Award must be claimed by December 31, 2020.
