Transportation/Parking Permits

NFTA access passes for 2023-2024 academic year (valid through June 2024) are included in the transportation fee, as are parking permits for North and South Campus. If you plan to park on the North or South Campus, you should register for a UB Parking Permit. There is an additional cost to students who wish to purchase off-street parking, and purchase must be made each semester.  The choices for off-street parking are: 854 Ellicott Street and the Michigan-Goodrich (MIGO) Parking Ramp.

The NFTA passes will now be loaded onto your UB Card.

The NFTA Rail Station is located directly below the medical school at the Allen-Medical Campus stop. Free park and ride lots are located at the University Station and the LaSalle Station. NFTA bus service is also available in front of the medical school and the surrounding streets.

UB Parking permits for North and South campus will be mailed out shortly after registering. To register for a permit to park on North and South Campus or to purchase an off-street parking permit, click the link below. If you choose off-street parking, your permit will be available for pickup from the Migo Parking Ramp shortly after registering. You will receive a seperate confirmation email when it is ready for pick-up.
