Transcripts

All students must have official transcripts containing grades for all courses completed at all institutions other than UB sent directly to the Office of Medical Admissions:

  • All your undergraduate and graduate school transcripts are required and must be received no later than June 13, 2025. If courses and grades from other institutions are not listed on the transcript of the final school you attended, you must obtain official transcripts from all schools listed in your application, including study abroad programs.
  • Please note, we do not have access to transcripts that you sent to AMCAS.
  • If you will earn or have earned your bachelor’s or other graduate degree(s) from UB, you are not required to submit a copy of the transcript.
  • For all other degrees outside of UB, you must request from a national clearing house an official transcript for every college/university attended. Please have electronic transcripts sent via email to Laura Yusick at: Jacobs-Medical-Admissions@buffalo.edu.
