Treatment for the Effective Management of Pediatric OCD (TEMPO)

The TEMPO clinic, based in the Children’s Psychiatry Clinic, serves children, adolescents, and their families who are struggling to manage OCD.

The TEMPO clinic provides various levels of treatment, from an exposure and response prevention (ERP)-based outpatient psychotherapy, to an intensive outpatient program for those who need additional supports to manage their OCD. Participants in the TEMPO program engage in individual, group, and family therapy sessions as part of a structured Cognitive Behavioral approach lead by a team of psychiatrists and psychologists who specialize in the treatment of OCD.

Fellows will participate in this clinic under the supervision of a faculty child psychiatrist at least twice per year with the option of additional time based on fellow interest.
