Our electives help you develop a broad skill set. We’ll give you freedom to select electives that fit your unique interests and goals.

  • Nuclear Medicine
    Learn the fundamentals of using radionuclide imaging to diagnose renal diseases and medical conditions.
  • Pediatric Nephrology
    Gain familiarity with the diagnosis and management of renal disorders in children when you rotate through a regional center for comprehensive, state-of-the-art pediatric care.
  • Radiology
    This interventional nephrology elective prepares you for clinical practice by giving you experience interpreting radiological studies.
  • Renal Pathology
    Learn how to examine biopsy specimens under light, immunofluorescence and electron microscopy.
  • Research
