Research Opportunities

When you collaborate with our world-class faculty researchers, you’ll explore innovative ways to treat patients and advance health care.

During our dedicated research elective, you may work on an ongoing project with faculty or develop your own supervised project.

  • PED 950 Research in Pediatrics, 4 credits
    The objectives of the course are to give fourth-year students an opportunity to participate in an ongoing research program or perhaps initiate a research project of their own to be completed during the academic year.
  • Division of General Pediatrics Internship
    This internship provides a rising second-year medical student with experience in pediatric primary care clinical research with a focus in asthma.
  • Summer Pediatrics Internship in Research
    The Summer Pediatric Internship in Research is a 10-week summer program combining research and clinical aspects of pediatrics and/or pediatric subspecialties.
