Basic Science Conference

Our basic science conference provides you with comprehensive, current reviews of various basic medical science topics, including:

• renal anatomy
• pharmacology
• renal physiology
• pathology

Our fellows report that these meetings are valuable learning opportunities because they impel them to reflect on the many ways basic science topics integrate into clinical experiences.

Moreover, as a fellow in our program, grand rounds will help you become familiar presenting before an audience of faculty and your peers. We’ll expect you to give one basic science presentation per year.
