Children’s Psychiatry Academic Rounds

All staff at the Children’s Psychiatry Clinic attend this weekly conference, where you — along with our faculty, staff and other trainees — will discuss clinical topics and new research in the field.

Our agenda rotates, including:

  • the collaborative clinic (twice per month) for multidisciplinary discussion of complex cases
  • academic presentations by the larger University at Buffalo community (e.g., psychiatry, psychology, pediatrics, neurology)
  • presentations on new clinical programs in the community
  • administrative meetings for the clinic

In addition, as a second-year child psychiatry fellow, you’ll present findings from you scholarly or research project.

Academic rounds are required for our second-year fellows, and we encourage our first-year fellows to attend.
