Mini-Retreats

Part of fellowship training is learning how to find fulfillment and perspective during busy periods of life and work. In our program, we take time to enjoy each other and our beautiful city; it’s just one way we work to maintain healthy, balanced lives.

Mini-retreats give you the opportunity to have lunch at a local restaurant with your fellow trainees, our program director and program administrator. You can expect to spend the afternoon relaxing, socializing and learning about Buffalo or engaging in a wellness retreat.

Past mini-retreat activities have included a mindfulness afternoon, a painting session with a local artist as our instructor, a Buffalo River history tour and tours of local historic sites and architecture.
